Swans Farm Shop is located in a small village called Treuddyn near Mold on the A5104 Chester to Corwen Road.
From Chester:
Take the A5104 towards Corwen, from Pontblyddyn follow the road for just over 2 miles. The farm shop is located on the left handmade opposite the turning into the village of Treuddyn.
From Corwen:
Take the A5104 towards Chester as you enter Treuddyn, on the left is an old Petrol Station, the Farm Shop is immediately after the garage on the right.
Swans Farm Shop is located opposite the entrance to Treuddyn village.
